Daha okuldaki ilk gününde ikinci sınıf öğrencisi güzel Chizuru Minamoto’dan müzik odasında buluşma teklifi alır. Kouta müzik odasına gittiğinde Chizuru, kendisine aslında bir tilki tanrı olduğunu açıklar. Chizuru’nun tüm bunları Kouta’ya açıklama nedeni bir yana; diğer yandan gene Kouta’ya aşık olan Nozomu adlı bir başka kızın da kurt tanrı olduğu ortaya çıkar.
