Babasının işi dolayısıyla, lise öğrencisi olan Kaoru Nishimi sürekli okul değiştirmektedir. Nakil olduğu yeni okulunda ise sınıf başkanı Ritsuko Mukae ve okulun belalılarından Sentaro Kawabuchi ile tanışmasından sonra işler değişecektir.
