Sıkıcı ve yoğun bir ders yılı artık sona ermek üzeredir. Sınıf arkadaşları Satsuki, Keiko ve Michiru ile yaz tatili için plan yapmaya başlamıştır. Son gün eski bir sınıfta temizlik yapan kızlar, sınıftaki ayna üzerine biraz ürkütücü bir konuşma yaparlar. Akşama doğru temizlik bitmiş ve kızlar evlerine doğru yola çıkacakları sırada Ichika cep telefonunu bulamaz ve okula geri dönmek zorunda kalır. Telefonu temizlik yaptıkları sınıfta düşürdüğünü hatırlar ve doğrudan o sınıfa gider. Sınıfta ürkütücü bir hava vardır ve doğrudan aynaya yönelen Ichika rüyalarında sık sık gördüğü kızı yeniden görür. Şimdi kaderi ile yüzleşmeli ve Manatsu Kuroki isimli kızın teklifini kabul etmelidir. Ancak; bu tuhaf bir şekilde bir aynadan fırlayan kızın söyledikleri doğru mudur ve ne kadarı kabul edilebilir?
