Serinin 10. yılına özel sürpriz bir projenin yolda olduğu Shueisha Jump Remix tarafından duyuruldu ve yeni projenin resmi web sayfası www.j-deathnote.com yayına alındı. Henüz 3 Mart 2014 tarihi dışında hiçbir bilginin paylaşılmadığı Death Note 10. yıl özel projesinin detayları için biraz beklememiz gerekecek. Projenin altından hayranların ne kadar tatmin olacağı bir şey çıkacağı şüpheli ama adı Death Note olunca merak etmeden de edemiyor insan.
